We are refining professional development- from our 360 reviews to customized Professional Development Plans and coaching. Every team member will continue to have opportunities to lead and showcase their expertise, not only through our Knowledge Sharing Series, which we aim to extend beyond our walls, but also through more organic and casual channels of collaboration.

For the first time in ComponentOne’s history, Bhutanese developers and technical writers will take the lead in revamping our flagship product. Our goal is to set a new benchmark for quality.
