The QA Engineer will support the QA team in ensuring product quality through hands-on manual and performance testing. This role involves working in a collaborative development environment, where the QA engineer will interact with multiple development teams, understand requirements and feature changes, and validate them through structured testing.
This role requires close collaboration with developers and senior QA engineers, active participation in discussions, and a strong willingness to learn. Unlike traditional QA roles, this position goes beyond surface-level testing. QA engineers are encouraged to develop an understanding of the underlying code and system behavior. Our products are built for developers, so technical curiosity is highly valued.
This role is designed to build strong foundational QA skills and gradually prepare individuals for future responsibilities in test automation.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Quality Execution:
- Execute manual test cases under supervision, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Support performance testing and validate expected behavior and system stability.
- Conduct C1CP and API testing as guided by senior QA team members.
- Document test results, defects, and observations clearly and accurately.
- Follow established QA processes, protocols, and workflows.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with developers and senior QA engineers to understand requirements and feature changes.
- Participate in discussions with development teams to gain clarity on expected behaviour.
- Raise issues and defects clearly and promptly.
- Collaborate actively and maintain clear communication within cross-functional teams.
Learning & Development:
- Learn QA techniques, tools, and practices under mentorship.
- Build a foundational understanding of system behavior and code-level interactions.
- Seek guidance when facing ambiguous scenarios or complex issues.
Required qualifications:
Candidates with work experience in related fields (e.g., QA, software development, or business analysis) will have an advantage, even if formal qualifications do not fully match.
Required skills:
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting salary: BTN 38,500–50,000/month (negotiable based on skills and experience).
