Junior Software Developers – 11 slots
We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates and early-career talent to grow into strong developers.
Note: All Junior Developer hires will begin with a 3-month structured QA onboarding to build deep foundations in quality processes and our products before transitioning into development work.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to design, develop, and maintain sample applications showcasing ComponentOne capabilities.
- Write clean, well-structured code following best practices.
- Participate in the full development lifecycle, problem-solving, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
- Learn and apply .NET technologies under mentorship.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- B.E in IT or Computer Science degree (required).
- 0–2 years of experience (no prior .NET experience is required)
- Passion for coding, logical thinking, and eagerness to learn.
- Good communication skills in English.
Compensation:
- Starting salary: BTN 45,000 – 60,000/month (negotiable based on skills and experience).

Quality Assurance (QA) Engineers – 5 slots
We are hiring detail-oriented and technically curious QA Engineers focused on manual and performance testing, with opportunities to grow toward test automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases, performance testing, C1CP, and API testing.
- Document test results, defects, and observations clearly.
- Collaborate with developers and senior QA to understand requirements and expected behavior.
- Learn QA processes and gradually understand code-level system behavior.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- IT-related Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in IT, or completion of IT/Coding courses (e.g., via TTI or De-Suung Skilling Program).
- Coding/QA/IT experience is not required but is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of coding and logical reasoning.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and documentation skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate.
Compensation:
- Starting salary: BTN 38,500 – 50,000/month (negotiable based on skills and experience).

- Starting salary: BTN 90,000 – 140,000/month (negotiable based on skills and experience) if you have 4+ years of experience.
